Kick-off meeting

On December 18th, the inaugural meeting of the Upturn project, „Electrochemical Microflow Cells for High-Throughput and Multiparametric Analysis,” took place. This project received funding from the Norwegian Funds. Due to the current pandemic situation, the meeting was held online via the Zoom platform.

Introduction of Partners

Representatives from consortium partners in Poland and Norway participated in the meeting. Among the attendees were representatives from redox.me, Gdańsk University of Technology, the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Norwegian research institute SINTEF.

During the meeting, the main objectives, background, and scope of the project were presented. A plan of action for the coming months was also established, aiming to coordinate efforts from both sides and effectively achieve the set goals.

The UPTURN project aims to develop electrochemical microflow cells for high-throughput and multiparametric analysis, marking another step forward in innovative solutions in the fields of science and technology.

This initiative symbolizes cooperation between Poland and Norway and a commitment to developing novel solutions for a strong, competitive Europe. The UPTURN project is expected to yield positive outcomes for both the partners involved in its implementation and the scientific and industrial communities.
